When I first came to Japan can you guess one of the things that surprised me most? I have this many times since I began living here, of course we also have it in Canada but I seldom saw it. Let me give you a hint. a.Usually it is in a round shape. b.It is in a semi-liquid state. c.Sometimes it is warm and steaming while other times it is dried and crusty. d.If you see it you don't want to step in it! e.It can often be seen on the side of the road or on train station platforms. 　Do you know what it is?　 On the second night I was in Tokyo I was waiting at the crosswalk for the signal to change to green when a taxi pull-up and stopped at the red light. Suddenly the back door opened, a businessman leaned his head out of the door, and vomited, pulled his head back into the taxi, the door closed and the taxi sped off into the night. It all seemed so orderly. Since that time I have seen lots of vomit on the station platform and other places I guess people have too much fun when drinking here and don't know when to stop!
